Y Studio was engaged to create a new brand identity for Berkely, one that could cut through the noise in an overcrowded real estate market.

By leaning into witty, personable messaging, we developed a campaign that not only highlights Berkely’s strengths, but brings its human side to the surface. It shows that real estate communication doesn’t have to be cliché. It can be insightful, engaging, and genuinely distinctive.
